CBETA USB Drive
Shared Affinities · Ocean of Wisdom
We deeply thank the Dharma friends and conditions that make CBETA’s digitization work and reading platforms possible, helping readers everywhere explore the depths of the Buddhist scriptures. Readers can now update canonical data in real time via our online update feature. We also offer the “CBETA USB Drive” by request—a more immediate, convenient, and sustainable way to access the collection.
Collective Compassion · Shared Aspirations · The Gift of Dharma.
Operating on limited funds, CBETA cannot independently cover the higher costs of manufacturing and distributing these USB drives. We warmly invite Dharma friends to join this effort and build lasting Dharma connections with all.
Fundraising & Distribution Guidelines
- This is an ongoing project; the “CBETA Shared Affinities” (眾緣閱藏) USB Drive will be issued continuously, with fundraising remaining open alongside it.
- All donations are strictly dedicated to this project. Whenever fundraising reaches NT$100,000 (with no limit on individual donation amounts), production will be commissioned. Donors must note “USB Drive Project” with their donation. How to Donate: https://cbeta.org/donate/#donate
- Project sponsors may request a reserved allocation of USB drives. Please contact us for details.
- Due to limited resources, requests are restricted to one drive per person. Duplicate requests will not be mailed. Mailing priority is ordered as follows:
- 4.1 Project sponsors (drawn from reserved allocations)
- 4.2 Previous CBETA donors (Thank you for your ongoing support; please indicate this in the notes)
- 4.3 Direct mail applicants (sorted by request date)
- CBETA will periodically post waiting list updates and current fundraising progress on its website.
- All items ship via registered mail (postage donations are welcome). To prevent resource waste with these publicly funded USB drives, returned mail will not be re-sent; you will be notified by email instead. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy.
- To conserve resources amid frequent mail loss to Mainland China, shipping requests to this region are temporarily suspended.
- For any questions, please contact us at +886-2-2383-2182 or email [email protected].
