Overview
- Board of Directors: Sets the organization’s major policies and oversees its operations and financial condition.
- Chairperson of the Board: Oversees the operations of the Board of Directors and sets the direction and vision for the organization.
- Executive Director: Responsible for day-to-day operations, project execution, and team collaboration.
- Secretary-General: Coordinates inter-team workflows and handles external administrative affairs.
- IT & Development: Responsible for software development, websites, and desktop/standalone applications.
- Archival Production: Responsible for transcription, proofreading, layout, formatting, and structural & semantic markup.
- Textual Revision: Responsible for post-production collation, text revision, and ongoing archive maintenance.
- HR & General Affairs: Responsible for personnel and facilities management.
- Administration and Finance: Responsible for general administration and financial accounting.
