A virtual account is a unique payment account generated specifically for each donation, allowing donors to transfer funds via ATM or online banking.
Please note: Virtual accounts cannot be used for in-person bank counter transfers. You must complete your payment using an ATM or online banking.
Instructions:
1. For a single donation, please select an amount (default is NT$500) or enter a custom amount (maximum NT$49,999 per transaction).
2. Select Payment Method: 🔘 ATM Transfer; Payment Tool: 🔘 Virtual Account Transfer.
3. Click Next to enter your basic donation details (Required: Name and Email address).
Note: If you need your donation record reported to the National Taxation Bureau for tax deduction, please provide your National ID / ARC Number.
4. Click Next to select your receipt delivery preference and receipt title.
5. The NewebPay confirmation screen will appear (as shown below):
5.1 Select your bank, e.g. “Bank of Taiwan” or “Hua Nan Bank”.
Transfers within the same bank are fee-free; otherwise, standard interbank transfer fees apply.
5.2 Please note the payment deadline. Expired virtual accounts become invalid, and you will need to restart the process to generate a new account.
5.3 Enter your email address.
5.4 Check the box: “Please verify your ‘Order Information’ and ‘Payment Information’.” Once the payment is complete, NewebPay will send a notification to your email address.”
5.5 Click [I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Confirm Submission].
6. Once your virtual account is generated, please copy and save it.
7. You will also receive a confirmation email from either NewebPay Automated System ([email protected]) or CBETA ([email protected]). For your protection against fraud, please disregard emails sent from any other address.

8. Once your payment is confirmed, we will issue your donation receipt as soon as possible, and handle matters according to your preferences.
