Based on the spirit of “equality of all living beings” in Buddhism, this corporation aims to build an integrated database of electronic Buddhist scriptures and disseminate Buddhist teachings in response to the era of electronic media. The following four main purposes are taken:

• Collect Buddhist Chinese and other documents to establish an electronic Buddhist scripture knowledge base.
• Develop electronic technology for Buddhist scriptures to promote the exchange and application of Buddhist scriptures.
• Make good use of the characteristics of electronic media to facilitate the study and circulation of Buddhist scriptures.
• Promote literacy in the information age and achieve equal and happy learning for all beings.
